Eligibility

• You must be a working professional or have verifiable employment
• You must be legally eligible for marriage under applicable Indian law
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration

Website Enquiries and Personalized Services

This website provides information and accepts enquiries for our personalized matrimonial service. It does not create a member account, provide automated matching or accept online payments.

Please provide accurate information and contact details. Submitting an enquiry requests contact from our team; it does not purchase a paid service.

Service Plans and Payment

• 6 months: ₹25,000
• 12 months: ₹50,000
• 18 months: ₹75,000

Payments are arranged offline after a visit or profile discussion. Confirm the service scope, applicable charges, payment schedule and cancellation or refund terms with our team before paying.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or intimidate other members
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Obtain or share another person's private details without authorisation
• Provide offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform

Profile Verification

Saathi Elite reserves the right to verify the information provided by members. We may request additional documentation such as employment letters, identity proof, or educational certificates. Profiles that fail verification may be excluded from introductions.

Intellectual Property

All content on Saathi Elite, including the logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Saathi Elite and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Saathi Elite provides personalized services to facilitate introductions between potential matches. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, the success of any match, or the conduct of any member. You interact with other members at your own discretion and risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and members.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
